NOVACAVI has recently developed and manufactured a special cable following technical needs of Danieli Telerobot, the Italian company awarded by Fusion for Energy under contract F4E-1092, to supply ITER with its innovative robotic systems for the inspection of thermal shield manifolds.
This ethernet and power umbilical cable will be used to connect a custom built 50 mm pipeline inspection vehicle to its control cabinet so as to safely inspect the thermal shield manifold pipes.
